Charlie Brown has worked in the public policy arena for over 30 years. He is an attorney by training and has been a registered lobbyist in Washington State since 1992. His early career included working as a staff member in the United States House of Representatives and as a state government lobbyist for Washington Natural Gas Company. He founded Cascade Government Affairs with Margaret Brown in 1997.
He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Association of Washington Business. He has served in leadership positions for several organizations, including a number of non-profit charitable boards. In his free time, Charlie enjoys golf, skiing, hiking and traveling around the world.

Margaret Lane Brown started her career working for the Honorable Daniel J. Evans in the United States Senate. She then worked for several Washington State Senators, including former Senate Majority Leader Honorable Jeannette Hayner. Her years of staff work created the basis upon which she launched a successful public policy consulting career.
In addition to her working career, Margaret has served her community in various capacities, including as board member and President of Associated Ministries, and as a board member and President of St. Patrick Catholic School Commission. In her free time, Margaret enjoys spending time at the beach, working out, and baking sourdough bread.
